On March 30, the II International Scientific and Practical Conference of the Union of Industrialists Progress was held in Moscow, at the State Agrarian University (Moscow Timiryazev Agricultural Academy), which was attended by representatives of ministries, government agencies and the scientific and educational sphere of Belarus and Russia.

The event discussed issues of further development of the economy of the Union State, as well as the implementation of international projects aimed at the human potential development and training of young professional personnel for the qualitative renewal of production facilities in conditions of intensive import substitution. Among the plans are joint educational programs, scientific activities, as well as the introduction of progressive practices of applied science into production processes.

During the conference, Dmitry Komlach, Director General of the Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus on Agricultural Mechanization, made a report Experience of Interaction with Higher Educational Institutions of the Republic of Belarus in the Training of Agricultural Specialists and in Conducting Joint Scientific Research. As a result of the conference, a Memorandum of cooperation in the field of scientific and technical cooperation was signed between the Union of Industrialists Progress and the Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus on Agricultural Mechanization.
